Are the lights easy to install?

Our products contain low voltage LEDs and do not require a professional to install them. The instructions provided are comprehensive but should you be unsure of any aspect please consult a suitably qualified professional.

Are the lights safe to walk over?

Our lights are designed to be installed on a hard flat surface. If they have been installed in accordance with the instructions guidelines, they are perfectly safe for walking on.

Can a dimmer be used?

No, all our lights are not dimmable unless otherwise stated.

Do the lights come with a warranty?

Our products come with a 12 month warranty from the date of shipment. The item must be used as intended for residential and not commercial use.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the shipping handler. Follow the instructions on their website and you will be able to track your item.

How do I return and item?

You will need to contact us by email if you intend to return an item for any reason. Please see our terms and conditions for full information on retuning an item.

How soon will you ship my item?

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same day. Delivery will depend on which option you choose when checking out. Standard Delivery, Royal Mail 48 is 2-3 days and Royal Mail 24 aims to be next day but isn’t guaranteed. If you need the goods guaranteed for next working day, then you should choose the courier option.

Orders over £100 are sent with a next day courier for free.

What is the shipping cost?

Delivery is free for orders over £20. For orders under this amount, please add the item to your shopping cart and enter the postcode for delivery cost and postage options.

Where can the lights be used?

The lights can be used anywhere on a hard, flat surface – inside or out.
